Jafar Dehqan willing to take role in new biopic series

In talk with local media, ‘Prophet Joseph’ star Jafar Dehqan has shown interest to play role in two upcoming mega-budget biopic series.

Being asked about how probable it is for him to play role in two big-budget projects ‘Salman the Persian’ and ‘Prophet Moses (PBUH)’, Dehqan said, “These two film projects are going to make some big TV series of  high standard; but as far as I know it has not yet got to cast selection.”

“I will surely accept it if I am offered a role in either of the series,” he then added.

Regarding his previous collaboration with prominent director Davoud Mir-Baqeri in ‘The Mukhtar Narrative’, Dehqan said that, “I love taking on difficult roles and I know what Mir-Baqeri makes would be of high quality.”  

He finally concluded with once again highlighting the fact that he would go for the role in ‘Salman the Persian’ or ‘Prophet Moses (PBUH)’ in case he is given the chance.
